MaN Utd RuleZz!!!!

The time now is 4.10pm. I just woke up after taking my well deserved sleep. Early this morning, i joined some of my hall mates in watching a Premier League match between Manchester United n Arsenal. For those football fans out there, there's no doubt that this was a match that any die hard fans will never miss! All the hype, all the rivalry, all the hostility between the 2 teams.... the stage was set for an exciting and probably controversial and eventful match under the nite sky of Highbury, the homegrown of Arsenal.

Due to the timing of the match, I decided to stay up till 4am in the morning, just in case i couldn't wake up in time to catch the match. Being an ardent fan of Manchester United, I desperately wanted to watch the match. Wishing so much that my favourite team will beat our arch rivals at their own house. From the tv lounge in my hall, it was obvious that everyone is ready for a great match and hopefully a great result. Mnchester United was in Highbury to burn down the house. One way or another. Hahaha. Defeat is unthinkable for the chance of keeping up with Chelsea and 2nd place in the league is at stake. Most importantly, we wanted to teach those Arsenal players and manager a lesson. This is the price they have to pay for their shameful conduct at Old Trafford a few months back.

So the game finally got started and it din take long for the game to start erupting. Assly Cold from ARSEnal made a blatant attempt to win over a penalty by falling i mean flying to the grown even when there's no contact made. Did Wenger say his team show good sporting behaviour and have good disciplinary record?..... This was one of the examples that'll make him eat his words. Blatant disreard for the spirit of fairplay was seen throughout the world, rite in front of evryone. But then again, it's Arsenal. Wat do u expect? Fairplay? I dun think so.

But the match went on..... Arsenal score an early goal but Man Utd managed to get one back, much to the relief of everyone in the lounge. But Arsenal's 1st half perfomance is better and they got their 2nd goal rightfully towards the end of the 1st half. So at halftime, the score stood at 2-1 to Arsenal. There was a slight disappointment in the look in everyone's face but i believe that deep down inside, we still believed that Man Utd can come back and win this match, catching Arsenal by surprise.

True to my believe at least, the second half showed a much improved Man Utd. No matter wat Fergie said to them, it really worked. Man Utd controlled the match from the very start of the 2nd half and swiftly got an equaliser through an excellent finish by teenage sensation, Cristiano Ronaldo. The build up play was excellent with perfect passing and teamwork among the players. After this equaliser, Arsenal was crushed. Man Utd stepped up their effort and got their 3rd goal, from a darting run by my idol, Ryan Giggs who waltz his way thru the Arsenal defense and produced a perfectly wighted chip to the front of an empty goal. Ronaldo was there to guide the ball into the back of the net. Man Utd was in control even after they went 1 man down due to the dismissal of Silvestre. Instead, we got another goal through an excellent finish by John O'shea. The score stood as 2-4 in the final of 90 minutes and everyone is proud of the result. We burned their house down and beat them hands down. Now Arsene Wenger can't say anthing anymore. And the look on his face at the end of the match adds more to my happiness. So glad to see his sour face. wahahahhaha

In the end, i only managed to sleep at about 6.30am. I missed my lecture at 9.30am coz i only woke up at 10am. Luckily, i was still in time to catch my next lecture. After the lect, i went back to my room to catch my sleep. Now tat i'm awake, the sweet taste of victory remains. I'm on a Devil mode, willing to step on the tails of any Gooners put there who aren't willing to admit their inferiority!! hahaha so if u're a Gooner, watch out!
